How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We try to prepare and fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping
We currently only ship to the US, UK and Europe via USPS. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the item. If you buy more than one item, we will combine shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you're based in NYC/Brooklyn, please contact me and we can arrange to meet up or drop off your package.
Packaging
All pieces are packed using mostly recycled materials.
Lost package or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within a week of receipt with photos of the piece. You will receive a full refund for the item. You will not be refunded for shipping costs.
If your package has not arrived, please contact us with your tracking number and we'll investigate.
